Okay, let's see, I think I covered Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday I ended up doing nothing because I meant to run, and then ended up helping Jake look for checks he lost, and then the sun was going down by the time we found them and it was a chilly icy day, so I said I'd treadmill run at the gym with him. Well, it becomes 7:30pm before I realize it's too late for me to go at that point since I needed to wake up at 4am. I should have just done a HIIT then, but I was not thinking clearly. Bed by 8:30pm.
Thursday - I planned on doing a 5am crossfit class and bailed. I woke up feeling like utter crap and it was snowing hard outside and Jake told me to sleep more. Well that evening I was supposed to meet up with Mary at the zoo for a Dharma Club meetup, so I wouldn't be able to do anything after work. I ended up ditching the zoo and crossfitting because I would be pissed to go two days without a workout. I WILL NOT HAVE IT. It ended up being SUPER fun and I'm glad I went. Daniel runs the evening classes and HE IS SO AWESOME. All the guys there seem to be super sweet... even when they pretend to be hardcore like Roger, but we all know... marshmellows on the inside.

5 Power Snatch
1 Rope Climb
Comp 115/75
Rx2. 100/65
B. 85/55
C. 75/45

Friday - I did a 5am Crossfit because I knew I wouldn't make Saturday's technique class. It was ROUGH, but obviously that means I loved it.
Friday WOD:
AMRAP 20 Minutes
10 T2B
15 SDLHP 75/55
20 Box Jump Over (24/20)
Okay, nevermind, that wasn't the rough one. Box overs suck though.
After work, I went to Boulder Running Company's opening weekend in Cherry Creek mall and did a 45 min yoga class specifically geared toward runners. Am I the only one surprised to learn that not every single Denver/Boulder woman does yoga? Or run for that matter? Anywho. It was rad. And I got a free Lolë yoga mat, wine, truffles, cheeses and fruit. It was pretty awesome.
Saturday I woke up at 6am and somehow convinced Jake to as well and we ran to Cherry Creek for more BRC opening weekend shenanigans. We did the 8am fun run with them, bringing our total mileage to 6 that day. We also each got a free schwag bag FULL of awesome goodies (like furreal worth getting up at 6am for). And I got my stride analyzed by Saucony. Basically I was told I am a perfect runner and I can go back whenever I want, try on some shoes, analyze my stride some more, see how I change over time, etc. There are only 9 of these stride lab thingies in the world, so if you're nearby, go check it out, it's AWESOME. We also got free breakfast, coffee, and long sleeve tech shirts from last year's race that were really awesome (and honestly way better than this year's shirt). Again, totally worth waking up for. OH YEAH, Saturday was sponsored by Asics (my favorite shoes for tennis!) and we got to run in free brand new Asics shoes! The ones I wore were crazy lightweight but excellent cushioning. When my Brooks PureFlows finally fail, I'm getting these Asics!
And I guess that's technically end of the week, so here's the tally:
Week 3? of stuff?
Strength: 4 hours, some cardio thrown in here and there, specifically Tue and Thur (whew)
Running: 6 miles. Really? That's it? I suck. I guess I was sick AND the weather blew balls.
Biking: 1 hour (work every day and Saturday we went to Punch Bowl for Mike's b-day party)
