How long have you been knitting? I started Spring 2009 and have been crazy about it since, though I took about a year hiatus when the inspirational juices weren't flowing.
I found a great pattern online/in a store, can you make it for me? Of course! I would be sure to ask the pattern maker first for permission depending on what you want to do with it, but it's just for personal use/yourself, then that's usually okay. Just contact me for a time frame and price.
I have an idea for something I like, can you do custom orders? For the most part, yes. I have collaborated with people a few times (on Etsy) to make custom designs based on several inspirations and they've turned out really well! Though I do have a limit to my skill-set, so just contact me to see if I can handle a certain project.

How "Raw" are you? It depends on the season. I don't deal with the cold very well, so I tend to want hotter foods more often. I'm usually about 50% raw in the winter/colder months. In the summer it's easy for me to stay 80 - 95% raw. I like to have my splurges of course, but the really unhealthy ones are very few and far between.
What equipment do you have? I have a Vitamix with a dry food containter, a Cuisineart food processor, a 5 tray Excalibur dehydrator, and a coffee grinder I double as a spice grinder. For knives, I just have some standard butcher knives (though I keep eyeballing a ceramic set!) and a mandoline slicer. I also use my spiralizer for noodles.
So what IS your food philosophy? I think it's about finding what works for your body. Being completely Raw isn't for everyone. Being vegan isn't for everyone. Red meat isn't for everyone. Also, certain people NEED certain things, like meat. Finding what makes your body function its best is what everyone should try to attain. When I went Raw, it really changed my life. I had increased energy, my happiness level went up, stress levels went down, and overall I functioned much better. But like I said, I hate the cold, so eating a lot of cold salads in the winter would definitely bum me out. So I won't say no to Nutella when the time is right, but I am happiest with mostly greens in my diet.

How many countries have you been to? I think the last time I counted, it was 40 something, or 21%. I went to a few countries with my parents and family as I have an uncle who at the time worked for American Airlines. They liked to scuba dive and go to beach resorts, so trips to the caribbean and Mexico were often. Then I got an opportunity to be an exchange student in Germany and while there travelled through most of Europe when I wasn't doing school. Besides some trips to Mexico and Canada, I had to take a break to finish college, so when I graduated, an international trip was first on my to-do list. Last year (2012) I got to do a 6-month backpacking trip all over Africa with Jake and it was a pretty interesting time.
How do you manage to have enough money and time? Honestly, traveling is a lot easier than people think. I only saved up $5000 to do my Africa trip and that pretty much took care of everything except the one-way ticket there. Other shorter trips only took a few hundred dollars and I have no problems telling my boss I'm going to explore the world for a time. When in school, it was just a matter of planning around breaks.
What do you pack for most of your trips? I'm a minimalist. While I used to be a lot better at that when I was a tomboy and only needed one pair of shoes, pants, and a shirt, I still try hard to keep to basics. I try to plan for any type of occasion that's probable (meaning I wasn't taking a nice dress and heels to Africa) and a few extra pairs of undies than I think I need. Other than that, it's my camera, whatever additional lenses and flashes I might need, and obvious toiletries. Sometimes my computer, but I've found a tablet to be pretty useful (and I got an awesome bluetooth keyboard attachment for it) and a pen and paper is always handy for jotting thoughts on long flights, or organizing myself. Last, but not least, my kindle is completely invaluable.

Nobody asks about me =)
